The Picnics in the Grove season concluded August 5, 2009. The committee planning these events wants to know what you thought of the picnics this past season. Please complete the Picnics in the Grove Survey. Your feedback will be used in planning future picnics. All responses will be kept confidential.
Picnics in the Grove are a summertime activity that provides great music and food every Wednesday at lunchtime in the Oak Grove.
Open to the community, the picnics took place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Wednesday from June 3 through August 5.
Participants can bring a lunch or purchase one from the Aramark food stations.

The Music
As part of this season’s entertainment, music from different decades will be featured each week.
Highlights
- A celebration of Aramark’s twenty-fifth anniversary at IUP on June 17. To mark the anniversary, Aramark officials will roll back the cost of food items to 1984 prices.
- Members of the Footlight Players theater-for-youth program will perform as part of Children’s Day, July 1. Children can take part in a puppet-making workshop starting at 11:30 a.m.
