New Employees
New student employees who are citizens/permanent residents of the United States will need to bring a completed Profile sheet, Social Security Card and Photo ID, along with an I-9 and W-4 form with the gray shaded sections completed.
New student employees that are nonresident aliens of the United States will need to bring a completed profile sheet, Social Security Card, Visa/Passport, and I-94 Card, along with an I-9 with the gray shaded sections completed.
Returning Employees
Students that have been paid by Student Payroll within the past year are existing employees. These employees will only need to bring a completed Profile Sheet to the Payroll Services. Employees wishing to change information on their I-9 or W-4, must complete the gray shaded section of the desired form and bring it to Payroll Services.
