Employee Self Service (ESS)

Employee Self-Service (ESS) provides employees with current payroll and benefits-related information.

You can view current and past pay statements (from January 9, 2004 to the present), along with your leave usage and leave balances. You can also view dates of hire, contributions to your retirement plan, and insurance coverages for yourself and your dependents. Emergency contact information, primary contact number, withholding (W-4) information and ethnicity code can also be updated using ESS.

The purpose of this section of the website is to share information about ESS with members of the IUP community.

How to Reset Your Own PASSHE Active Directory Password
Employees and students have the ability to set their own PASSHE Active Directory passwords using URSA. This password is used to access the Employee Self-Service (ESS) system.
