PASSHE Systems Resources

The purpose of this site is to share information about the implementation of Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) IT systems—such as SAP and Employee Self Service (ESS)—with members of the IUP community.

Current PASSHE Systems include SAP HR, SAP Finance, Employee Self Service (ESS), and PASSHE Active Directory. These systems are provided by the State System Technology Consortium (SyTEC).

SAP Finance: Resources for SAP Finance, the accounting system for the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
PASSHE Active Directory: Your PASSHE Active Directory account must be used to log on to Employee Self Service (ESS).
Desire2Learn (D2L): PASSHE selected Desire2Learn as the lone commercial learning management system provider beginning July 1, 2010.
Employee Self Service (ESS): Employee Self-Service provides employees with current payroll and benefits-related information.
Office of the Chancellor at Vartan Way (formerly known as SyTEC): The State System Technology Consortium (SyTEC) has been renamed to the Office of the Chancellor at Vartan Way. The organization continues to establish to facilitate continuity among Pennsylvania's fourteen state universities in all common areas of technology.
