Anyone living in an IUP residence hall who wishes to purchase a Robertshaw long-term parking permit may do so in advance. The parking permit allows you to park only in the Robertshaw West long-term parking lot. Vehicles may be brought to main campus for the purpose of loading and unloading only. Four-way flashers must be activated in the loading/unloading zones. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. This is applicable 24/7, 365 days a year.
Permits will be available on line starting on August 1.
Robertshaw long-term permits will be available only for online purchase with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. This will be done through your MyIUP account under Parking and Transportation, and then On-Line Parking Account. The cost of the Robertshaw long-term permit will be $200 and will be valid for the fall and spring semesters only. All permits will be sent through the U.S. mail to your permanent home address. If the permit will not be used for the entire term, the permit must be returned to Parking Services and a refund will be issued on a pro-rated basis through the Bursar’s Office.
Permits can also be purchased in person with cash or check at the Parking Services Office, located in University Towers. Requests by mail will not be processed and will be returned to the requestor.
Freshman students and new students to IUP will not have their MyIUP account activated until the week classes start; this means you will not be able to obtain your permit until then.
