To appeal a parking citation you received on the IUP campus to the Parking Authority Review Board (PARB), please fill out and submit the following form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
All requests for review of a parking ticket must be made within five days of receiving the parking ticket. When a parking ticket is appealed, payment must be made at time of appeal.

After you have been notified of the PARB’s decision, you may enter a second appeal by submitting another appeal and appearing in person. This appeal should include additional information to be considered by the PARB. Please understand that the University Parking Services Department cannot provide you with any information relevant to the PARB. Questions and/or concerns should be dealt with through the appeal process.
