A Latin-inspired dance fitness class. This fitness program is designed for “everyone” and requires no dance background. It is easy, effective, and addicting! The music is intoxicating, energetic, and exhilarating, so you are burning calories and sculpting your body without knowing it. Finally, an exercise program that is fun and not boring! PiYo is an athletic workout combining the mind/body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movment. When performed on a regular basis, PiYo will increase the participants’ strength, flexibility, and balance while offering stress reduction and improving ones’ overall fitness level.
This is a two-part class. The first half hour is getting your rear in gear! Sculpt and reshape your butt to tighten and tone every inch for a great new look. You will receive TriAngle Training, which works three major muscles and will also work the back of the thighs and saddlebag area. This workout gives every type of butt shape a lift and firms the shape of the butt by using multiple angles. Time to have a beautiful booty! The second half hour will reshape your body. This power-packed group of exercises will build strength and endurance on a dome-shaped trainer. It will challenge your balance and flexibility, plus give a cardio workout.
Cardio Kickbox is a fun-filled workout with the latest music that is sure to get your heart rate up! The class will consist of different punches and kicks. Come out and try it, even if you’re a beginner!
Body Blast is a moderate level, dynamic group exercise class.
