Reflective Practice Teaching Circles 2012–2013
Responsibilities of the Facilitator
- Plan a sufficient number of meetings to ensure members can meet the Active or Active Plus recognition.
- Call for and secure location for meetings.
- Send reminders about the meetings.
- Track members’ attendance in circle meetings.
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of mid-year and final reports.
- Report to Stephanie.Taylor-Davis@iup.edu by December 14, 2012, for teaching circles that will meet Fall semester only (or if you would like to document progress each semester rather than at the end of the year) AND/OR April 5, 2013, for teaching circles that met all year or for the Spring 2013 semester only. The April 5 deadline is critical so that we can determine member eligibility for recognition at the annual Reflective Practice dinner and awards ceremony.
