Construction Bid Opportunities

Procurement of all design and construction services are bid and awarded in compliance with the rules and regulations established by Act 57 of 1998, the Commonwealth Procurement Code and its amendments.

The majority of bids for facilities design and construction services will be advertised on the Department of General Services eMarketplace website and the PASSHE website.
