A Latin-inspired dance fitness class. This fitness program is designed for everyone and requires no dance background. It is easy, effective, and addicting! The music is intoxicating, energetic, and exhilarating, so you are burning calories and sculpting your body without knowing it. Finally, an exercise program that is fun and not boring! Give it a try and see what everyone is talking about! Zumba—It’s a blast!

Brazilian Butt Lift

Get your rear in gear! Sculpt and reshape your butt in this class to tighten and tone every inch for a great new look! You will receive TriAngle Training, which works three major muscles and will also work the back of the thighs and saddlebag area. This workout gives every type of butt shape a lift, and firms the shape of the butt by using multiple angles. Time to have a beautiful booty!


The yoga class focuses on the yogic development of body skills needed to implement advanced yoga postures/asanas. Students study breathing techniques/pranayama, which helps practitioners to perform asanas correctly. These techniques also calm and quiet the mind. The classes are structured in a progressive format, building on what was learned in the previous lesson.

Dance Aerobics

The objective of dance aerobics is to provide individuals with a pleasant form of exercise while increasing the body’s capacity to stimulate blood flow and deliver oxygen to all parts of the body, stretching and strengthening muscles and burning calories. Some styles of dance implemented are ballroom, ballet, jazz, square dance, yoga, and basic aerobic steps. Included in classes are strengthening movements. Music selection is fun, too!

Body Boot Camp

Fun and fast way to shape up to tone thighs, flatten belly, and work the core. Workouts are challenging, but you can perform at your own level. Benefits the entire body and accelerates your workout results!
