Claudia Escobar, a Hotel Management major, is another member of the College Prep 101 for Latinos team. She is currently assisting in the areas of outreach and tutoring.
Claudia is relatively new to IUP; she has been on campus for a little over a semester. Despite her brief tenure, she is already making a difference.
Originally from Bolivia, Claudia is bicultural and bilingual, and uses her background to help Latinos/as at IUP to adjust to their new life on campus.
