PASSHE Announces Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program for Managers and Employees in the AFSCME, OPEIU, PSSU, SCUPA and SPFPA Bargaining Units
On March 19, 2010, the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) announced a Voluntary Retirement Incentive Program. Employees eligible for the program (managers, AFSCME, OPEIU, PSSU, SCUPA, and SPFPA) must meet certain criteria.

Intent to Retire Form Document icon
This form must be completed and submitted in person to the Office of Human Resources if an employee qualifies and wants to take advantage of the retirement incentive program.  Prior to submitting the form, it is recommended that an employee contact their retirement plan representative to discuss their retirement plan options and date of retirement.
