The African Dance Ensemble was established during Spring 1995 to provide students with the opportunity to experience, promote, and share African-oriented dance, music, creativity, and culture through various performances each academic year.
Membership is open to all IUP students who desire to experience the African culture through dance and music. To obtain membership, one must attend a general interest meeting at the beginning of each academic semester, or meet with a leader or leaders of the organization.
