Work up a sweat and burn a few calories while you have some fun in our fitness classes!

Classes are a great way to de-stress and gain mind and body strength. We offer classes each semester to help you work on cardio health, mind and body, and toning.

The following classes will be held in Room G18, Suites on Maple East.

Classes run from February 3 through May 6, 2015. No classes March 9 - March 13, 2015.
