Fitness Classes

Work up a sweat and burn a few calories while you have some fun in our fitness classes!

Classes are a great way to de-stress and gain mind and body strength. We offer classes each semester to help you work on cardio health, mind and body, and toning.

Classes are limited to 12 participants.

Classes run from Monday, September 8, through Friday, December 5, 2014.

No classes from November 24 - 28, 2014.

Classes are held in Room G18 in Suites on Maple–East.
