President Tony Atwater and his wife, Beverly Roberts-Atwater, congratulate the 2009 IUP Presidential Scholars Fund recipient, Shelby Kelley, a freshman studio art major from Silver Spring, Md.
Proceeds from the annual Homecoming Ball are used for the fund, which provides scholarships for first-year students who are first-generation college students. The ball officially began the weekend’s festivities.
