The mission of the Pennsylvania Prison Society, IUP Student Chapter, is to promote the welfare of inmates who are serving sentences in Pennsylvania correctional facilities and their families. The chapter is dedicated to raising awareness of inmates’ issues and providing support in the form of charity and fund-raising. Membership in this organization is open to all Criminology students at IUP.
