Instructions for Filling Out and Submitting Tenure Forms

  1. Make certain you save, edit, and e-mail all forms from a computer that contains the Adobe Reader. This is available on all IUP computers (including the public labs).
  2. Save the Adobe interactive PDFs (it is recommended you save these forms to your H: drive. This will ensure that you have a private copy on a secured drive that is also backed up nightly). You can save the PDF by clicking on the appropriate form, then click Save.
  3. After the form is saved, fill the form out completely and submit via e-mail to tenure-submission@iup.edu.
