Instructions for Filling Out and Submitting Tenure Forms

  1. Make certain you save, edit, and e-mail all forms from a computer that contains the Adobe Master Suite Collection. This is available on all IUP computers (including the public labs). Faculty and staff are also able to request a copy of the Adobe Master Suite Collection for their home computers.
  2. Save the Adobe interactive PDFs (it is recommended you save these forms to your H: drive. This will ensure that you have a private copy on a secured drive that is also backed up nightly). You can save the PDF by clicking on the appropriate form, then click Save.
  3. After the form is saved, fill the form out completely and submit via e-mail to
