Site Configuration Smart Form
This Smart Form allows you to configure your site so that certain content
blocks appear on every page, without you having to set them individually on each page.
The settings in this form apply to this folder and every folder below.
If you wish to override these settings for a folder below this level, create
another Site Configuration Smart Form in that folder (New → Smart Form → Configuration).
