Center for Rural Gifted Education: The Center for Rural Gifted Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania supports schools, families, and communities in rural areas in their education and guidance of high achieving/ talented/ gifted children and youth.
Center for Statistics Education in Pennsylvania: The Center brings quantitative literacy and the hands-on use of mathematics manipulatives with a real data approach to the teaching of K-12 Pennsylvania teachers of mathematics and to their students.
Adult and Continuing Education: The Office of Adult and Continuing Education at IUP serves the lifelong educational needs of a variety of students through distance education, credit, and noncredit programs.
Highway Safety: The Highway Safety Center works to solve problems related to highway traffic safety and provides driver education and improvement programs, and first-responder and emergency-response-team training.
IUP Cares: The 2010 IUP Cares program is “Successful Aging: Preparing for Life’s Transitions.”

Literacy Center: Assessment and instruction for children and adolescents needing assistance with reading and writing.
SHP: The Robert E. Cook Honors College Summer Program is a place where talented high school students like you from across the country come together for intensive academic exploration and a glimpse of college life.
Dual Enrollment: Qualified high school juniors and seniors can enroll in courses at IUP for both college and high school credit.

Boy Scout Troop 11: Boy Scout Troop 11 is sponsored by the Foundation for IUP and has been serving the youth of Indiana, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities since 1972.
