IUP’s Golf Team has been recognized by the Golf Coaches Association of America’s National Advisory Board as an Outstanding Academic Team for 2008–2009.
The award, in its first year, recognizes those schools whose entire squad earns an overall GPA for the academic year of 3.0 or higher. IUP is one of only seven universities in Division II to achieve this recognition.
