By now, you should know that exercise does your body good. Walking can help relieve stress. It gives you time to think, as well as time to get away from the stressors. But did you also know that virtually any form of exercise can decrease the production of stress hormones and counteract your body’s natural stress response? It’s true. The same regular exercise routine that helps prevent disease and build muscle can also help you better manage stress.

Find out by attending one of our stress management sessions. “Beyond Stress and Burnout” will teach you how to successfully manage your stress by changing the way you respond to stress, by making time for relaxation, and by using healthy coping strategies. Two sessions are offered and registration is not required:
