An alternative to using the Web browser to access and edit Web content is using a Web-based interface called the Workarea.
There are two ways to access the Workarea:
- Click the Workarea button found on the login page after logging in.

- After using the Web browser to locate the content you want to edit, right-click on the content to make the toolbar appear, and select Workarea from the toolbar.

The following screen presents the basic components of the CMS Workarea:

As you click on the links on the left side of the Workarea, the pages will appear on the right side of the browser window.
The following components (tabs) are available within the CMS Workarea window on the lower left side:
- Content – Use this tab to view, add, or edit Web content.
- Library – Use this tab to store or manage links to images, files, and content.
- Modules – This area is for advanced functions and is not normally used by content authors.
- Settings – Use this tab to access online documentation, change your password, e-mail address, etc.
