Please join us for the annual IUP Accounting Career Day on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex. This event is cosponsored by the IUP Student Accounting Association and the IUP Career Development Center.
The IUP Accounting Career Day has evolved into the largest accounting career fair in the region. In addition to IUP Accounting majors, this event is open to Finance, MIS, and graduate students, as well as students from 10 area universities.
Schedule:
- 8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m. — Employer registration with refreshments available (coffee, tea, water, muffins, etc.) in the Alumni Suite
- 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. — Career Fair in the Concourse Area (IUP students only)
- 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Buffet-style lunch in the PNC Room
- 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. — Career Fair in the Concourse Area (IUP students and students from area colleges)
Check-in and setup begins at 7:00 a.m. at Kovalchick Complex, where we will have students to assist you in unloading your vehicle. After unloading, you will be directed to the parking lot adjacent to the complex.
The registration fee is $400 for profit-earning organizations and $200 for nonprofit organizations. The price includes a table and two representatives, plus we will provide your company/organization with an electronic résumé book on a flash drive with information about the IUP students attending the event. Additional representatives (three or more) may attend for $50 per person. Payment can be made by electronic check or credit card.
