IN-993 Phase 1 – Crimson Café
This project is currently out for bid. A 13,750 square foot food court building is in design. Site/utilities to be bid in April, followed by building bid in May. Project to be complete by Fall 2014.
IN-993 Phase 2 – New Dining Facility/Renovation to Folger Hall
Project is in programming phase. Construction anticipated to begin in Fall 2014.
IN-995 Miller Stadium Scoreboard
This project will replace and relocate the existing scoreboard system at Miller Stadium. Project expected to be bid by April 2013.
IN-1005 Steam Line Replacement
This project will include replacing steam and condensate lines on Grant Street to Sprowls Hall. Project is in award. John Hall, Inc., of Ligonier, Pa., to begin work in mid-May after Commencement.
IN-1006 Roof Replacements and Repairs
Several roofs on main campus as well as the IUP Culinary School in Punxsutawney, Pa., are in need of replacements and repairs. Project will be bid in March-April.
IN-1010 Memorial Field House Exterior Doors/Security Study
The main entry doors and façade at Memorial Field House will be replaced and in addition added security to entrances to the building will be established within this project. Project not yet in design.
IN-1012 Oak Ave and Stouffer Walkways
The curb at Weyandt Hall along Oakland Avenue will be replaced and new sidewalk and curb will be established at Stouffer along Willow Avenue. Work to be completed by Fall 2013.
IN-1014 Stright Hall Computer Room Upgrade Study
Study is in progress. Results of study will determine project work.
IN-1015 Zink Hall Waterproofing
Installation of waterproofing panels to varous exterior walls above roof lines of the building. Anticipating to bid in April 2013.
