By Credit Card: Make your gift on line through IUP’s secure giving site; call the Office of Annual Giving, 724-357-5555, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern time; or send your gift by mail accompanied by this printable gift form.
By Check: Please make your check payable to the Foundation for IUP. Enclose the gift response card from your recent solicitation or download this gift form.
Payroll Deduction: IUP faculty and staff may download this form to make your charitable gifts through payroll deduction.
