Wanda Minnick is an instructor in the Safety Sciences Department. Minnick joined the IUP Safety Sciences faculty in 2008. She has her B.S. in Safety Sciences from IUP and an M.S. in Environmental, Safety, and Health Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is currently in the process of earning a doctorate from IUP in Administration and Leadership studies.
Minnick is a professional member of ASSE. Prior to joining IUP, she had thirteen years experience in the safety and environmental field, working for such companies as Xerox Corporation and Harley-Davidson. Areas of specialty include occupational safety, ergonomics, leadership studies, and EHS management systems.
