High-need schools are found throughout the country. There are many websites which list high-need schools for different states.

The following schools/districts are intended to serve as examples of locations where Noyce scholars may teach and/or have been employed:


High-need School Districts 


Examples of high-need districts include: Baldwin Park, Bellflower, Duarte, El Monte, Garvey, Glendale, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Monrovia, Montebello, Pasadena, and West Covina.

High-need schools where Noyce Scholars are employed include: Muir Middle School, South Los Angeles Area High School #1, Alain Leroy Locke Senior High, John C Fremont Senior High, Lennox Middle School, Lennox Mathematics, Science and Technology Academy, Lawndale High School, and Abraham Lincoln High.
