Pennsylvania Labor Center Scholarship Fund

The Pennsylvania Labor Center Scholarship Fund was established in 2000 by the Pennsylvania Center for the Study of Labor Relations. The scholarship will be awarded to an incoming or currently enrolled student in one of the degree programs housed in the College of Health and Human Services at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The student must have his or her principal residence in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Eligibility for the scholarship will be based upon the student’s affiliation (either him or herself or a close relative—including parents, grandparents, guardians, spouses) with a recognized union; academic standing; and community service.

The fund is projected to have sufficient monies available to allow a scholarship to be awarded at a future date. Applications for this scholarship will be posted when the funding level is reached to allow for monies to be distributed. If you would like to donate to this scholarship, please contact Cynthia Spielman at 724-357-3841 or via e-mail, pa-laborcenter@iup.edu.
