The Visitation Program is a two-day event that allows prospective SAHE students to come to campus and become familiar with the entire SAHE program. The event will be held on March 15–16, 2009, and the first day of the event (Sunday, March 15) starts at 2:30 p.m. The first day allows prospective students to meet faculty members and current students, learn more about the SAHE program, and sign up for graduate assistantship interview times. The second day consists of thirty-minute graduate assistanship interviews that run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an hour-long lunch break.
Prospective students who have been accepted prior to or who are currently in the application process will be invited to the event. The department will begin to send invitations out in mid-February.
