- October 9, 2001 at 7:45 a.m., Taylor-Davis was interviewed live on WDAD radio by Michael Daniels for a public service announcement promoting Grocer’s Fight Cancer and dietary cancer prevention strategies recommended by the American Cancer Society. (audio-tape available)
- January 10, 2001, Taylor-Davis participated in a telephone interview with Sheila Himmel, a news reporter for the San Jose Mercury News newspaper. Quotes included in an article published on January 17, 2001, entitled “When it comes to food phobias, it’s a matter of taste.”
