Jeremy J Shearer, MBA, currently teaches and studies the business of hospitality and tourism at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Jeremy completed his Bachelors of Science degree in 2001 in Hospitality Management from IUP and his Master’s of Business Administration in 2005 from Strayer University. Jeremy has over ten years of industry and management experience within the realm of the private club industry and currently acts as a consultant to many developing clubs and restaurants. Jeremy’s current research includes training and staff development in the service sector, food and beverage marketing, and global ethics in hospitality and tourism.
