Biography

Dr. Frenzel has been a part of the IUP faculty since 2004. Her current research interests include methodological issues in sentencing research, prosecutorial disparity, and sentencing. Currently, she is involved in university, college, and departmental committees. Dr. Frenzel is director of the Criminology Advising Center (CAC). The CAC is responsible for providing undergraduate majors and minors advising, reaching approximately one thousand undergraduate students. She has recently published works in the Journal of Race and Ethnicity in Criminal Justice.
