What is IUP Libraries Chat Reference/E-mail Service?
Chat Reference is a convenient way to ask an IUP reference librarian for quick assistance or information on how to use the library and its resources. In the Chat Reference Service, you will talk to an IUP reference librarian who will help you with the IUP Libraries website. If Chat Reference is not available or the librarian is currently assisting another patron, you can use the E-mail Reference Service and your question will be answered within twenty-four hours.
