Listed below are all Programming Board organizations.

Black Emphasis Committee: The mission of the Black Emphasis committee is to provide social and recreational activities for minority students attending IUP and to promote and deepen minority and majority students’ understanding of African American heritage and culture.
The Entertainment Network: The purpose of The Entertainment Network is to provide programs of a cultural, recreational, social, and educational nature to the students of IUP, and allow students to select, produce, and evaluate those events.
