Actuary Club
The mission of this organization is to promote interest in the actuarial science field, to educate interested students on the process of becoming an actuary, and to help students to prepare for a career as an actuary.
Alpha Chi Sigma: Scientific
Membership is open to members of the scientific community at IUP to include students, faculty, and staff who have completed at least one year of chemistry.
Alpha Tau Delta: Nursing
Alpha Tau Delta is a fraternity for students or graduates of a National League of Nursing accredited baccalaureate or higher degree nursing program.
American Choral Directors Association (IUP ACDA)
The purpose of the IUP American Choral Directors Association is to foster and promote all types of choral music on campus and in the community.
American Medical Students Association
The American Medical Student Association’s mission is to be committed to service of the community and to the university.
American Planning Association, Planning Student Organization at IUP
The mission of the American Planning Association, Planning Student Organization at IUP is to facilitate open communication, and to represent and advocate for the interests of students in the planning profession.
Associates for Student Development
Membership to this organization shall include Student Affairs in Higher Education degree candidates and graduates of IUP, those individuals who are under the direction of IUP’s vice president for Student Affairs, and all other IUP faculty and administrators interested in Student Affairs Administration.
APICS (IUP)
The purpose of IUP-APICS is to provide students with networking and knowledge exchange opportunities in the field of operations management as well as assisting them in obtaining widely sought certification through active cooperation with APICS.
Audiology Student Association
The purpose of the Audiology Student Association is to introduce students in the IUP community to the field of Audiology, an allied health profession.
Black Business Leaders of America
The purpose of the Black Business Leaders of America is to build and influence the aspects of a real world business experience based upon business etiquette, and to also broaden the business world to more minorities in today's society.
Club Managers Association of America
The Club Managers Association of America’s mission is to establish a working relationship with the surrounding golf clubs, country clubs, and city clubs within the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America.
Delta Omicron: International Professional Music Fraternity
The purposes of Delta Omicron are to create and foster fellowship through music, develop character and leadership, and encourage the highest scholastic attainment. Members of this chapter shall be composed of senior, junior, sophomore, and second-semester freshman music students of IUP who meet GPA requirements set by the fraternity.
Family and Consumer Sciences Education Student Association
Our mission is to provide for and promote the professional development of preprofessional/graduate students of family and consumer sciences/home economics at IUP who are individual members of the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Future Entepreneurs Club
The purpose of the Future Entrepreneurs Club (FEC) is to help cultivate future entrepreneurs and their business concepts.
Future Social Studies Educators Association
The mission of this organization is to promote quality Social Studies education by advocating the Social Studies at all levels of education in Pennsylvania.  The mission of this organization also includes the promotion of professional development, community building, and networking opportunities for students interested in Social Studies Education careers.
International Tuba Euphonium Association: IUP Chapter
This chapter shall be a local organization of musicians whose purpose is to maintain a liaison among those who take an interest in the instruments of the tuba and euphonium family, including development, literature, pedagogy, and performance.
Ladies of Safety
The mission of this organization is to familiarize members with historically significant women struggles, connect members with female safety professional mentors, and prepare female graduates for the working environment. 
Management Association
The mission of the Management Association is to provide an opportunity for the members to increase management skills and expertise through participation in programs and services designed to improve the professional quality of their knowledge, performance, and leadership ability.
Middle Level Education Association (IUP)
The purposes of the IUP Middle Level Education Association (MLEA) are to develop undergraduate pre-service teachers into prospective educators, establish communication, and to provide for middle level education students a local, state, and national voice in matters affecting their future profession.
National Council of Teachers of English Student Affiliate at IUP
The mission of the National Council of Teachers of English is to create a community among future teachers of English, to develop professional attitudes and standards through meetings, workshops, and lectures, and to encourage and enhance ties between students and the professional education community.
National Society of Minorities in Hospitality
The purposes of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality shall be to continue departmental education beyond the classroom; provide networking opportunities and educational seminars; enhance individuals knowledge in the hospitality industry; and participate in the recruitment and retention of students in serving the best interests of the HRIM department.
Pennsylvania Music Educator's Association
It shall be the purpose of this organization to make available to members opportunities for professional development; acquaint students with the privileges and responsibilities of the music education profession; and provide all members with the opportunity to become acquainted with leaders in the music education profession through participation in programs, demonstrations, discussions, workshops, and performances planned by this chapter.
Preservice Teachers of Mathematics: IUP (IUP-PTM)
The purpose of the club shall be to foster a wide interest in mathematics and participation in mathematical activities, and to assist members in developing skills, leadership, and new teaching skills and methods in mathematics.
Psychology Graduate Student Organization
The primary mission of this organization is to provide a forum to foster professional and ethical growth of Clinical Psy.D. graduate students.
Rho Tau Chi: Military-ROTC
The mission of Rho Tau Chi is to foster unity and support for members entering the service of the U.S. Army and to increase communication and feelings of goodwill between the ROTC program and the community.
Sigma Alpha Iota: Music
Some of the purposes of Sigma Alpha Iota are to give moral, academic, and material support to its members; to promote the advancement of women in music; and to further the development of music in America.
Sigma Theta Tau: Zeta Lambda Chapter
The purposes of Sigma Theta Tau are to recognize superior achievement and the development of leadership qualities; foster high professional standards in nursing; and to strengthen the commitment to the ideas and purposes of the nursing profession.
Society for Human Resource Management “Graduate SHRM”
The mission of this organization is to promote experiences involved with human resource management, industrial and labor relations, professional development, and community service.
Society for Human Resource Management “Undergrad SHRM”
The mission of SHRM is to provide opportunities for students to interact with human resource professionals in a mutually beneficial way for both parties.
Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science
The purpose of the Society for the Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) is to foster the success and attainment of advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in science; increase and promote student recruitment/retention; enhance understanding and appreciation; and to provide a forum for improving the governmental commitment to advancing in science resulting in increased resources, reduced barriers, and greater equality for Chicanos, Latinos, Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians and other underrepresented minorities in science.
