Through a representative board of faculty, students, and administrators, the African American Cultural Center destines to enhance multicultural sensitivity, eliminate prejudicial behavior, and promote the academic, personal, and social growth of students by exposing members of the IUP and local community to a variety of culturally and educationally enriching programs and services related to the history, culture, and heritage of Africans/African Americans.
