The purposes of Delta Omicron are to:
- Create and foster fellowship through music
- Give music students an opportunity to meet with one another
- Strengthen a devotion and loyalty to our alma mater
- Develop character and leadership
- Encourage the highest scholastic attainment
- Encourage individual performance and appreciation of good music
- Give financial aid to worthy music students
Members of this chapter shall be composed of senior, junior, sophomore, and second-semester freshmen music students of Indiana University Pennsylvania who meet GPA requirements set by the fraternity.
