Panhellenic Association

The object of the Panhellenic Association shall be to develop and maintain fraternity life and interfraternity relations at a high level of accomplishment and in so doing to:

  • Consider the goals and ideals of member groups as continually applicable to campus and personal life.
  • Promote superior scholarship as basic to intellectual achievement.
  • Cooperate with member fraternities and the university/college administration in concern for and maintenance of high social and moral standards.
  • Act in accordance with the National Panhellenic Conference rules and policies.
  • Act in accordance with all rules established by Panhellenic Council so as not to violate the sovereignty, rights, and privileges of member fraternities.

The regular membership of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Panhellenic Association shall be composed of all chapter members in good standing of National Panhellenic Conference fraternities at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The associate membership of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Panhellenic Association shall be composed of all chapter members in good standing of such National Panhellenic Conference colonies, such as local and/or national sororities at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as have been approved by its Panhellenic Council.
