The purpose of the Outing Club is:
- To provide an organization where both experienced outdoor enthusiasts and beginners can meet and benefit from one another through experience and variety of activities.
- To promote interest and participation in outdoor activities with due consideration to safety, instruction, and conservation. Outdoor activities include, but are not limited to, boating, camping/hiking, caving, cross country skiing, cycling, hang gliding, horseback riding, mountain biking, paint ball, scuba diving, skiing/snow boarding, and white water rafting.
- To promote fellowship and teamwork among those within.
Membership is open to all students and faculty who have the objective of achieving the purpose of the club. For more information on this organization, please contact the president and/or advisor listed below.
