The mission of this organization is to promote spirit at IUP by cheering at football and basketball games as well as performing at other campus and community functions. It is also the mission of the IUP Cheerleaders to compete in local as well as national competitions. Membership is open to all IUP students who partake in try-outs and are selected to be on the squad. Try-out requirements include proper cheer techniques, proper stunting techniques, and tumbling skills. For more information on this organization, please contact the advisor listed below.
