The mission of the IUP Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics (IUP-SAND) is to:
- Assist in the development of personal and professional nutrition awareness
- Further the learning of students within the majors and minor to promote professionalism through nutrition related activities
- Become familiar with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association
- Promote nutrition awareness in the community and University
Membership in this organization is open to all students interested in nutrition and/or majoring or minoring in Nutrition/Dietetics and related fields at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. For more information on this organization, please contact the president and/or advisor listed below.
