It is necessary that you report to the Kovalchick Complex lobby by 12:00 noon to be directed to your appropriate line-up location.
A professional photographer will be on hand to distribute information about purchasing photographs. We are pleased to announce that tickets are not needed for this event.
Immediately after the ceremony, President Michael Driscoll will host a reception honoring all graduates, families, and guests in the main lobby of Kovalchick Complex.
Degree and Diploma Information
If you have questions about whether or not you have met all degree requirements, please contact your college associate dean’s office immediately. Degrees are awarded by your associate dean, and diplomas will be mailed four to six weeks after grades are posted.
Guests With Special Needs
Kovalchick Complex has accommodations for handicapped parking and special needs seating. There is ADA-compliant seating for guests with special needs, along with elevator access. The ushers will direct your guest to the concourse level where this seating is available.
Graduation Regalia
Caps, gowns, and announcements will be available at the Salute to Graduates event on November 1, 2012, or at the Co-op Store during regular business hours. For questions regarding regalia, phone the Co-op Store at 1 (800) 537-7916 or (724) 357-3145.
