The mission of Future Educators of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students is to:
- promote the professional knowledge and skills of individuals training to become teachers of students who have hearing loss
- encourage student participation in professional programs and activities
- develop professional networks for graduating students
- encourage service activities in the fields of deafness
Membership in this organization is open to all members of the IUP community who major in any field of education or communication disorders.
