- Suites on Maple East and Ruddock Hall house a number of facilities in addition to state-of-the-art student housing.

- The Suites on Pratt residence hall is located across from Folger Food Court and the Suites on Maple–East. The building provides comfortable, attractive, state-of-the-art living facilities for students.
- Wallwork Hall
- The Sutton Suites residence hall is located on Pratt and Grant across from Delaney Hall. The building provides comfortable, attractive, state-of-the-art living facilities for students.
- Stephenson Hall
- Stephenson Hall, formerly known as the Crimson Suites, is located along Maple Street across from Suites on Maple East and Ruddock Hall. The building provides comfortable, attractive, state-of-the-art living facilities for students.
