The IUP Center for Family Business serves business owners, their families, and key employees through educational programs provided by the Management Services Group, sponsors, and advisors.
Participate and Celebrate
The Center for Family Business recognizes family businesses that have made a contribution to their community at the Annual Family Business Award Program. The celebration includes an awards dinner or luncheon and a traditional tree planting ceremony in honor of the family in the Allegheny Arboretum at IUP.
Network and Learn
The Center for Family Business provides professional presentations and the opportunity for roundtable discussion on relevant topics with your peers in informal, facilitated groups. Improve your skills and confer with leaders in the field of family business consulting. This is a noncommercial, solicitation-free forum and an opportunity to speak with the center’s experts representing the fields of law, insurance, banking, accounting, human resources, benefits, leadership, and industry specialists.
Membership
The Center for Family Business membership is open to business owners, their adult children, and extended family members employed by the business.
