IUP has responded to this situation with a program designed specifically for the changing needs of experienced managers from industrial, financial, nonprofit, and small business, as well as those from the public sector. This program allows practicing managers to earn an MBA degree without interrupting their careers.

EMBA Program Overview
The MBA-Executive Track program is designed to enhance working professionals' managerial, analytical, and decision-making skills in their areas of expertise and is designed to be completed in sixteen months (four semesters total).

Three off-campus locations make it convenient to pursue your MBA part-time while still working full-time.
