Presented by Rev. White who is co-founder of Soulforce, a growing community of Christians and others addressing the suffering of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and transgendered people and the struggle for equality. Before coming out as gay, he was a ghost writer for evangelical leaders, including Billy Graham, Pat Robertson, Jim Bakker, and Jerry Falwell. Rev. White's visit to campus is co-sponsored by the IUP Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender (GLBT) Commission, the campus student organization, Pride Alliance, and other departments and programs of the IUP Community.
