SAHE Admission Procedures
Applicants to the SAHE program may do either of the following:
- Send an e-mail request to sahe-admissions@iup.edu to have official application materials mailed to you. Some portions are returned to the Graduate School and others are returned to the SAHE department for processing (see above).
- Apply on line to the Graduate School. In addition, e-mail sahe-admissions@iup.edu to receive additional application materials.
- Please direct questions to sahe-admissions@iup.edu or to the department chairperson, Dr. Linda M. Hall, at lmhall@iup.edu.
The School of Graduate Studies and Research at IUP operates under a “rolling admissions” process. As a result, SAHE applications are reviewed throughout the year and admissions decisions are made daily.
Individuals interested in the SAHE program are encouraged to apply as early as possible prior to February 1 in order to participate in the department’s Visitation and Graduate Assistant Interview days scheduled for February 28- March 1, 2010. Details on the 2010 visitation will be available in late January. Applications will, however, be accepted after February 1.
