What is my PASSHE Active Directory username?

Your PASSHE Active Directory username will be:

40username@passhe.lcl

where you should substitute your IUP username for username, i.e.:

40tcunning@passhe.lcl

My PASSHE Active Directory username looks like an e-mail address. Can I use this for e-mail?

No. You cannot use the PASSHE Active Directory account for e-mail.

I've forgotten my PASSHE Active Directory Account password. What should I do?

If you remember your PASSHE Active Directory username and your PASSHE Active Directory PIN, you will be able to use the at self-service tool to reset your password.

If you are not able to log into the self-service tool to reset your password, please contact the IT Support Center at 724-357-4000.

How will I use my PASSHE Active Directory account?

Your PASSHE Active Directory account is used to access the following PASSHE services:

  • Office Hours
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
