The electronic THC Online Knowledge Experience (e-TOKE) is an anonymous brief assessment and feedback tool designed to help IUP students evaluate their marijuana use.

Alcohol-Wise

Alcohol-Wise was created to change campus culture, educate college students about the harmful effects of alcohol, and act as a preventive mechanism for future alcohol-related violations.

Rethinking Drinking: Cocktail Calculator

With the different sizes and formulations of mixed drinks, alcohol, and energy drinks, determining the equivalent number of standard drinks can be challenging. The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism has an online calculator that establishes the number of drinks per beverage. (Note: this tool only measures the alcohol equivalent; it does not account for the impact of the stimulants such as caffeine contained in these drinks.)
